datochai Terms and Conditions of Use

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and datochai ("Platform", "We"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the datochai services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated here. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please stop using this platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the "Register" button or using any services on the datochai platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply together with the datochai Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and this platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for checking this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use datochai services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list from gambling platforms.
• Register on your own behalf only, not on behalf of another person.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.
• Not be prohibited by local law from participating in online gambling activities.

datochai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

3 User Account

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) registered account on the datochai platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held in them.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• All activity that takes place under your account.
• Notifying datochai promptly if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that the personal and banking information registered is accurate and up to date.

datochai will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party that occurred before you reported the incident to us.

4 Deposits and Payments

datochai accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for each payment method. All successful deposits will be credited to your account automatically after system verification. datochai does not charge any processing fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

All deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name. Using a third-party account to deposit funds into a datochai account is prohibited and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a datochai account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Any wagering requirements tied to bonuses must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

datochai reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security or compliance review purposes, and will notify the user accordingly.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

datochai offers various bonuses to registered users, subject to the stated wagering requirements. The welcome bonus gives an additional 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,000.

The general conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified period; unused bonuses will expire automatically.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user.
• datochai reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• The VIP programme offers weekly cashback: Bronze Tier up to 0.5%, Silver Tier up to 1.0%, and Gold Tier up to 1.5%.

7 Game Rules

All games offered at datochai have their own rules that can be accessed within each game's interface. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before playing.

datochai uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated. Results produced by the system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical fault.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during a game session, datochai will work to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records. datochai is not responsible for losses caused by an internet connection failure on the user's end.

8 User Conduct

Users of the datochai platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collaborating with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds obtained illegally or using this platform for money laundering purposes.
• Making false claims or submitting misleading information to the support team.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards customer support staff.
• Transferring funds between user accounts without datochai's authorisation.

Violation of any of these rules may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account, as well as forfeiture of any related account balance.

9 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the datochai support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user subject to compliance with the applicable wagering requirements.

datochai reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud or illegal activity.
• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Request from authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• Failure to meet KYC requirements within the stipulated period.

10 Responsible Gambling

datochai is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools to help users manage their gambling habits:

This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. datochai does not guarantee that the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free, although we continually work to maintain system stability and security.

In any event, datochai's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Changes to Terms

datochai reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the date the changes take effect.
